Can anyone tell me pls whether dividend proposed and payed by a PVT LTD Co has to comply all the provisions mentioned in the Companies Act, 1956. For eg: Transfer to Reverses, etc.

Ya dats True , but what i am trying to tell is whether this Dividend Provisions is applicable to public co's only or public and pvt co's both...?
