24 March 2009 we have subsidery company in singapore they year ended is 31st March 2009. if they declare final dividend on May 2009 if can i take provision before march 2009

29 March 2012 Dividend can be accounted for only when the same has been declared. In this case it can be accounted for only in May and not before that.
