17 July 2012 unclaimed dividend is required to be deposit with scheduled banks can we get interest on that amount until the expiry of seven years , that amount is deposit with private or public banks

Unclaimed amount is deposited with scheduled bank and until the expiry of 7 yrs this amount and any interest thereon will be kept on the same account after expiry of seven year they will be transfers into IEPF with interest.
