What are the requirements for the dissolution of a registered partnership firm? In addition to dissolution deed what other legal formalities need to be followed for dissolving a registerd partneeship firm.

You have to draft a dissolution deed and file it with ROF. On the date of dissolution u have to close all the accounts of partnership firm. Send a intimation to Income tax and Sales tax office if u r registered with them.
