20 December 2015 suppose a audit assisstant named as Mr. X is holding 1000 shares of Yee ltd, Yee ltd has appointed abc & co as statutory auditor of the company, where mr. x is pursuing his / her articleship. can this amount to disqualification of statutory auditor
