for example: a private limited company's managing director died on 25 mar and company called a meeting on 30 mar to appoint other whole time director to the post of managing director W.E.F from 27th march then 1)what should be the date of dispatch in this case 2)the dating sequence done for this purpose is it correct if not what should the a)date of dispatch of notice b)date of passing resolution c)from which date the new MD be appoited
without changing date on which the MD died that is 25th march

As per Section 171 general meetings can be called after giving shorter notice if consent for such shorter notice is taken from all the members entitled to vote thereat.
So if you are able to get the consent of other members for such shorter notice, you can serve even a day's notice and pass the necessary resolution.
Yours being a Private Limited Company Section 269 for appointment of WTD / MD is not applicable. Hence for the time being appoint the WTD as additional director and regularise him in the ensuing AGM or EGM if one is held before the AGM.
