Sir, I was filling my ITR regularly since last 10 yrs. but from last three yrs I m not filling my ITR. My income is also below the limit, which is chargable to tax. now I want to file my return. pls tell me regarding this. With Regards R. Singh.

You can file your returns now. now your can file your income tax return for F.Y. 2009-10 and 2010-11. For 2009-10 your gross total income should be less than taxable limit otherwise you will be fined u/s 271F for Rs. 5000/-.
