Discountinue of ITR

04 May 2011 Sir, I was filling my ITR regularly since last 10 yrs. but from last three yrs I m not filling my ITR. My income is also below the limit, which is chargable to tax. now I want to file my return. pls tell me regarding this.

05 May 2011 You can file your returns now. now your can file your income tax return for F.Y. 2009-10 and 2010-11. For 2009-10 your gross total income should be less than taxable limit otherwise you will be fined u/s 271F for Rs. 5000/-.
