10 August 2009 Whether henceforth the employer has to include the FB in Form 12BA(Statement of perquisites),thereby making it taxable in the hands of employee? Secondly What about reimbursement of expenses?

10 August 2009 rules are yet to prescibed regarding taxability of reimburements, therefore, there is no need to show it in form 12BA.
