19 April 2011 CAN A BROILER FARMING DIVISION (BFD) GROWER OF CHICKS, CALLED AS A FARMER GENERALLY BE REGARDED AS A FARMER FOR THE PURPOSE OF 40A(3)??
CAN HE BE PAID CASH EXCEEDING RS.20000 IN CASH??????
