Dear anonymous, Greetings, Good evening No it wont attract violation u/s 40A(3) PAyment of cash of Rs 20000 or more per day per bill is what attracts the section So subject to all 6 person are been paid seperately for different work of their own and not connected to same association it wont be disallowed
