A company has purchase a machinery and incured Rs.200,000 as installation Charges(Professional Charges). If we made payment of Professional Fees without deducting TDS, What will its effect. Whether it will be capitalised or Not.

It can't be disallowed under sec 40a(ia) of I. Tax Act,1961. Penal action for non deduction can be intiated.
