can a pvt. co. be incorporated with 2 practicing CAs as directors and no other directors. plz advice in d lite of Prof. ethics and misconduct under CA Act & Cos. Act

It is possible but the Director have to give complete details of their occupation and in the company in which they are director they can not perform the CA's function in that company.
