In our company one of the director has resigned in February 2014, does he eligible for commission on net profits for the FY 2013-14.

05 July 2014 If the Company's policy is to provide commission then he is eligible. Otherwise not.

Company's policy means should it be mentioned in AOA or can it be just normal policy.
