Dear All, we have 7 executive directors in our two group companies and paying remuneration to them. can a person be appointed as a executive director in two or more private ltd company at a same time.

service tax will be applicable on remuneration paid to them or not? none of them getting sitting fee or commission from company. they are paying full time to company day to day affairs?
