26 July 2014 whether director should hold any shares as qualification shares ...if so how many minimum number of shares?

26 July 2014 Concept of qualification share was there in section 270 of Companies Act, 1956. Now this concept has been removed under Companies Act, 2013. Now to become a director qualification share not required.
