Director Remuneration

21 November 2008 Can a person who is holding place of profit in a Company and getting remuneration from that company get salary or money in whatever form from some other company also?

One thing that comes to my mind is Sitting Fees. Can you suggest some other heads also.

Please reply on urgent basis.
