29 January 2011 Sir, Can Director's Remuneration be credited to Director's Personal Account, or it is compulsory to pay him by Cheque or Cash on Monthly Basis.Thanks in Advance

29 January 2011 You can credit it to directors personal account. If TDS deductible then yes you have to pay by cheque. You can pay it monthly , quarterly or even annually.
