For Directors refer to Chapter II Starting from Sections 252 to 323 covering various provisions relating to Directors.
For Managers Chapter IV(B) Sections starting from 384 to 388A

For Directors as mentioned above there are quite a lot of sections viz.,
directors appointment - 255
directors disqualifications - 274
directors removal - 284
MD appointment and remuneration - 269, 309, 310
etc.
Similarly for manager too there are different sections.
So unless you specify your requirement it's difficult to pinpoint the section number.
