29 October 2014 Is director an employee of a company ?? if yes,then whether he/she shall be included in salary sheet (payroll) ? thanks In advance :)

29 October 2014 depends. non-executive/independent directors wont be included. but executive directors shall be included as employees and consequently on payroll.
