I completed my B.Com (60%, In 2010) I wanted to do CA ,as per ICAI announcement (Direct entry for CA , CPT exemption ) but in my present situation I can’t go for article training &so I m not eligible to write the exam in May’13. So now can I register for a course (Before Sept’2012) & write the exam in November 2013 after Article training of 9 months. Plz suggest.

In any case you can appear for the exams only after completing the required period of articleship. You can register now and start training later on.
