One of the private limited company has filed dir-12 for two directors one for resignation and other for appointment of additional director. the documents are attached for the appointment and resignation.However, one mistake has done i.e. din of the appointed director in the dir-12 is incorrectly entered due to which the form has prefill the information of other director who got appointed and whose no documents are attached in the form such as resolution for appointment or dir-2. so kindly suggest to rectify the above....

1. Contact at your ROC office, If they can allow correction in master data in this case. 2. If possible then take signed resignation letter by appointed director.
