WHILE PROVIDING LATEST UTILITY BILL WHICH IN MY CASE IS ELECTRICITY BILL ISSUED ON 27 TH OF SEPTEMBER 2014 AND LAST DATE FOR BILL PAYMENT IS 8TH OF DECEMBER 2014, MY QUESTION IS 2 MONTH IS FROM BILL ISSUE DATE OR LAST DATE OF BILL PAYMENT??
