04 August 2014 1) Should one get DIN number BEFORE he even applies for INC-1 (Checking for name availability)?

2) How much it costs (Official charges) to get DIN number? Which form to use?

04 August 2014 Yes DIN needs to be obtained before INC1. In INC1 DIN of proposed Directors required to be mentioned.

DIN Application fee is Rs 500/-.
