I want to change address of directors of a Pvt Ltd. Company. The address actually belongs to some other person. So the name on the address proof is say Mr.X. And say the name of directors are Mr.A & Mr.B. Now, can I attach the address proof of the property and NOC to that effect from Mr.X and upload DIN-4?
The thing I'm concerned with is that these days Forms get approved automatically(through STP). Had it gone through the back office process, it isn't any worry as it can be easily rejected...
For change of address of directors you dont need to get NoC from Mr.X. Just enclose the address proof attested by the practicing professional. The Din 4 is processed by back office. It wont get rejected unless the form has some errors.
If the address of the director who wants to change in the DIN database should be attested and the address must belongs to the director present residential address.
