29 July 2013 hello,
i have 32 bit windows xp sp3 and use firefox 22 and java 7 update 40. but when i try to use my dsc in incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, it replies

1. store certificate class not found, or
2. digi sign applet class not found.

how do i rectify the above errors?
kindly help.

29 July 2013 u need to contact your certifying authority who issued you this digital certificate.

01 August 2013 I guess it was because of some problem with java

better uninstall and reset system and then install java again there would be some result
