difficulty in filling FORM-5

10 August 2010 Sirs,
I'm facing difficulty while filing a Form-5.At the time of Prescrutiny Error Messege is showing as " There are pending Form(s)5 in respect of the company. Please file this Form 5 after approval of the pending Form(s)5."
But as I've been said from the ROC office that there is no pending Form for this Company. They are saying it is as software problem, which needs updatation. Form my side software requirement is as per ROC website. Now I'm Not getting what to DO?
Please Help....

I've also tried that. But still it is showing the same error message. In that case what should I do, as ROC Office is not ready to help us in this matter & additional fees are increasing.

16 August 2010 OK NORMALLY PENDING FORM WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER 15 T0 20 DAYS IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE CHALLAN. SO INMY OPINION YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR FURTHER 20 DAYS. .

Actually I'm trying to file this from 20.05.2010. That means the locking period of 14 days or 20 days is already over. So, is there any other way to solve it?

I've already done that also. But They have said that it is the software problem & they can't do anything for it.
But they've not answered that why should I pay the additional fees due to their software problem. But the problem is only for this company & not for any other!

18 August 2010 AS YOU HAVE MENTIONED THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEND THE COPY TO ME . IT IS BETTER TO FILE THE FORM ANY Certified Filing Centres . THEY CAN HELP YOU BY CHARGING CERTAIN FEES.
