respected sir, i have query as followes is there any abatment provision? if yes pls explain, and explain about reverse charges in case of man power supply agency.

1. There is NO abatement in respect of manpower supply services.
2. Reverse charge is applicable if service is provided by an individual, HUF or partnership firm to a company. In this case, 75% liability is to be borne by the service recipient & 25% by the service provider.
