i have a doubt regarding trust , i wants to know the main difference between the trust and society.

19 January 2014 there are lot of difference in trust and society starting from both is governed by different acts, to formation to maintenance of accounts to use of funds to members to trustees etc.

20 January 2014 you need to prepare a trust deed and get it registered with registrar..
