05 June 2015 sorry for sarcasm, but atleast these differences you should know on your own. otherwise, what the hell are you doing in CA profession as a student or professional.

and even where you are just an assessee, arent the names of the forms sufficient for indicating the different usage?

05 June 2015 ITR is the return for your income for the year .
tax audit report: for specific turnover of business then you have to file with itr or before filing of itr.
