one of my client purchase land on name of firm. at the time of purchase land firm having two partner. after ward three new partner entered in the same. but in land documents no effect of change come. now they want to develop the same with development agreement with another firm. is this development agreement must registered or not.

Better to register as 'GPA cum development agreement' to avoid presence of the representative of the firm in every registration of sale deed, including the share of developer.
