MR. A CONSTRUCTED HIS HOUSE ON 30/06/2008. CONSISTING OF GROUND FLOOR & FIRST FLOOR EACH 1000 SQ. FEET.
HE OCCUPIED GR FLR ON 01/07/2008 & LET OUT FIRST FLOOR FOR A RENT OF RS.15000/-PER MONTH. HOWEVER TENANT VACATED THE HOUSE ON 31/12/08 & B OCCUPIED THEREAFTER.
FAIR RENT VALUE OF EACH UNIT 100000
MUNICIPAL VALUE OF EACH UNIT 72000
CALCULATED GROSS ANNUAL VALUE ???
IN TN MANOHARAN'S BOOK ITS 90000/-. I THINK IT SHOULD BE 100000.
