My client want to desolve there partnership firm. Want to know procedure to desolve partnership firm & how to calculate partners emoluments.

Prepare accounts upto date and prepare one Dissolution deed in stamp paper as per the state stamp act, then inform to all departmental VAT, PT, Excise, etc.,
