my company get a excise audit & the suprident send me a form for fill up thats name desk review & annexure B & J

how can i fill up the form & what was the excise audit

29 April 2009 In Central Excise, assessee records are audited periodically by the department (called internal audit) and some time by CAG (called CERA audit). Before starting the audit, the department collect these information to plan audit. The form is very simple which just ask for some basic information. Fill up the form and send it to the department.
