Depends on various factor. Cash component requirement of every employee. Pf contribution by them etc . So plz be specific. Generally HRA should be 50/40 Pct of Basic+ DA in metro/ Non Metro cities recpectively. Trasportation should be Rs 800 pm Medical allowance should be Rs 1500 Pm LTA should be approx to 15-20 pct of salary
