A company is engaged in business of moving & packing of household goods. Can the company-assessee claim depreciation on trucks used for relocation @ 30%?

04 September 2010 Motor buses, motor lorries and motor taxis used in a business of running them on hire only liable for 30% dep.

If u fall under this then claim it.
