I just wanted to know that what is the consequenses if a company charges depreciation at SLM rate specified in companies Act but the method used is WDV.

u once check in MOA & AOA for depreciation clause..
if u charge wrong method for dep. than u require to change this and also point out in audit report..
its known as wrong method followed by the company..
