18 January 2011 In case of presumptive income, notional depreciation shall be considered for depreciation to be claimed in future U/s 44 AD etc..

31 January 2011 Sir u/s 44AD i think that in case of partnership firm i can claim only interest on capitals and remuneration but not depreciation.Then how notional depreciation concept can arrive.

31 January 2011 All the deductions u/s 30 to 38 shall be deemed to allowed u/s 44AD also which includes depreciation also.
