In case purchases of a fixed assets under installment purchase system, if owerership transfers on the date of first installment then on which amount(Present value of the aggregate amount of installments or aggregate amount of installment) depreciation can be claimed u/s 32.

DEPRECIATION IS CHARGEABLE ON INVOICE VALUE OR ACTUAL VALUE, AND DIFF. OF ACTUAL VALUE AND TOTAL INSTALLMENT IS CHARGEABLE AS FINANCE CHARGE
