14 June 2010 A co. has purchased a capital asset on 25.10.2009 which is depreciable @ 15%,& the same is put to use on the same day.Is the period of 180 days will commense from the said date i.e.25.10.2009 or after a day i.e.26.10.2009?comment.

14 June 2010 From whatever day the period is started, it will fall in less than 180 days category in both the cases.
