Please tell me at what rate depreciation will be applicable on office equipment like air conditioners, fridge etc under Income tax Act?

@15% as per income tax act

I agree with it but it is not specifically given & arguement is that by default u cant take everything under 15% block. And plant & machinery is defined as only those things which r used in factory plant. Pl put forward ur view
