A machine manufacturing give machine on rent on tender basis in f.y. 2013-14 for a term more than a year from his stock. now the company want to claim depreciation in books of account on the same for reason use of machine by tenant. How it is possible?

no the tenant shall claim the depreciation and not the owner.
