Hi, please reply this case:
"A regular loss making company (since 4 year)dont want to charge depreciation this year, what will be its treatment in P/L and Balance sheet and computation as per Companies Act/Income Tax Act" plz suggest

It is mandatory to charge depreciation irrespective of losses.
So no seperate enteries.
Regular depreciaiton need to provided as per Companies Act / Income Tax Act & normal enteris needs to be passed
