I have wrongly confirmed demand response as yes.. how do I rectify it. kindly help.

YOU CAN FILE RESPONSE U/S154 WITH IN 4 YEARS FROM THE FINANCAL YEAR IN WHICH THE NOTICE U/S143(1) RECEIVED. IF YOU WRONGLY CONFIRMED DEMAND THAN SUCH DEMAND WILL BE ADJUSTED IN YOUR REFUND AMOUNT. So, You should contact your Assessing Officer and submit details required in response to demand.
