14 April 2012 is it permissible to import in diffetent address than registered.

means my registered address on iec : X
and i want to delivery in address : Y

Billing Address : X
Delivery Address : Y

15 April 2012 You should not do so otherwise if the customs department and the excise department suspects your intention then you will be in problem and the address which you have mentioned in your certificate should be the proper destination. The expert has added further and he is also correct.
