18 December 2011 is it possible to file Delhi Vat nil return after due date ? if it is possible then what is penalty amount?

18 December 2011 Mr SK Mishra,
Try submission of the nil return on line,It shoul accept it in the normal course. If there is tax due only penalty and interest would arise.
