Delay in may 2014 exams due to elections?

11 November 2013 In 2009, may 2009 exams were held in June 2009 due to loksabha elections. whether same is going to happen for may 2014 attempt also. N what was happened in may 2004? whether may 2004 exams were held on time. any idea ?
