I WISH TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE IF MY SUPPORTING MANUFACTURER FAILS TO FILE ARE 1 WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF REMOVAL OF GOODS FOR EXPORTS. IS THERE ANY PENALTY INVOLVED OR CAN IT LEAD TO NON ISSUANCE OF REBATE ON GOODS SO EXPORTED
