Delay in exam form

I was not able to submit my exam form for nov 2016 by due date ( 02/09/2016) due to some issues. can institute allow me to submit the former now , is there any other remedy available, please help me.

07 September 2016 Unfortunately you cannot appear for November 2016 Examination. No recourse for the mistake which you have committed. Hence, be careful in your future attempts and ensure you do not miss out the deadlines given by Institute.

08 September 2016 Dear Student, Sorry to say but u cannot apply for exam now as there is no such remedy available. Take care in future exams Hope your query is resolved
