delay in attempt of final c.a exams

15 December 2010 I passed my IPCC 1st group via revaluation in May,10. Due to delay in revaluation result my attempt got delayed by 6 months i.e from May,13 to Nov,13. There has been no reply from BOS to the letter written to them.
