OUR LLP GOT REGISTERED ON 05.06.2015 BUT WE HAVE NOT FILED E-FORM 3( FOR LLP AGREEMENT)

PLEASE GUIDE FOR THE DELAYED FEES.

12 August 2015 Form 3 is required to be filed within 30 days from the date of the Agreement.

The penalty for delay filing is 100 rupees per delayed day.
